  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by Hiibeedot, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. It is always recommended for everone accessing or using our services to read and understand this terms of service carefully. Note that ("Our," "We," "Us") mention in this page attribute are all refers to as Hiibeedot.

    • Web Development

  3. User Obligations

    • Provide accurate information when registering.
    • Not use our services for illegal activities.
    • Not reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems.

  4. Payments & Refunds

    • Pricing: Fees are as per the agreed proposal/invoice.
    • Refunds: No refunds for completed work unless stated in the contract.
    • Payment Terms: Half/50% upfront payment and balance when service delivered, as specified.

  5. Intellectual Property (IP)

    • Pre-Existing IP: Each party retains ownership of their existing IP.
    • Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients own the final product (unless otherwise agreed).
    • Company Rights: We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless an NDA applies).

  6. Warranties & Disclaimers

    • Services are provided with warranties (as specified in a contract agreement).
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
    • Warranties will be terminated if the service was interrupted damaged not by us.

  7. Limitation of Liability

      We are not liable for:
    • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
    • Third-party actions (e.g., hosting provider outages).

  8. Termination

    • Either party may terminate with written notice.
    • Clients must pay for work completed before termination.

  9. Governing Law & Disputes

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
    • Disputes resolved via negotiation → mediation → court (if necessary).

  10. Changes to Terms

    • We have the right to update these Terms anytime, users/clients will be notified via email or website.
